terry moore: a two-sentence meditation on an enigma

There sure are a fuckofalotof Strangers In Paradise comix by Terry Moore...  that I've never been able to find an In to reading, honestly.  Like, what is the appeal of Moore and his style, anyhow, and how are there so many bloody comix in the SiP universe and why SHOULD all these Abstract Comics publications fit into a "shared world" anyway, when it's all very much grains of oatmeal in a pretty sizeable bowl of oatmeal; I mean why do you want every flavour of oatmeal in the same bowl, anyhow, if it's all in the same bowl then the flavours get muddled, like this strained-analogy-masquerading-as-a-sentence-which-is-really-just-a-series-of-cheap-snipes-from-an-unpublished-hack-online.
