Dunno what descended on me like a curse but whole f'n body hurts. Off work early & chugging theraflu. Apropos of sweet f.a. I realized today I probably haven't listened to Miles Davis in like, a year. Maybe I am growing up... (finishes reading Tom Strong compendium so f'n heavy you can hear my ribs creak)

Aches are in remission. Still doing theraflu every four hours. Throat is damp burlap. Getting there.
