For the second series of WildBois. I have one left to finish. This guy's pose, as with all the other WildBois, was based on observed insect behavior. I was scripting DENIZEN in a li'l park in Decatur, as was my habit, and this guy was at my elbow, doing some kind of insect yoga. He stayed still long enough for me to finish sketching. Nice of him.
As far as colour, this is another instance of OCD overriding my common sense. That's happened with several in this set: the colours should be one thing and instead I did another, in a king-hell sprint for a self-imposed finished line. I swear. Whoever heard of a pink grasshoppper? And on yellow paper, no less.
Too late now.
